  1. When you submit a booking via our online reservation system you will receive an automatically generated booking summary by email to the email address you provide in the booking form
  2. This does not form a contract between us. A contract shall only arise when your booking is subsequently confirmed in writing via a letter of confirmation sent to you by post or email
  3. No more than the maximum number of persons, as stated in the brochure, unless by prior written arrangement
  4. Cancellation arrangements:- Please notify us as early as possible if you wish to cancel your booking. Deposits (less a £10 administration fee) will be refunded if booking is cancelled at least three months prior to the start of the holiday period
  5. For cancellations made between three months to six weeks prior to the start of the rental period, deposits (less a £10 administration fee) will only be refunded if we secure a replacement booking. If cancellation occurs within the six week period before your holiday dates the full amount will only be refunded if another booking is secured, (less a £10 administration fee) and the difference in the rental price secured for the re-let, if less than your original booking
  6. Visitors agree to leave the property in a clean and tidy condition; to report all breakages, losses and damage to the proprietors, and to pay for them on leaving
  7. Client’s baggage, vehicles and their contents are at owner’s risk at all times and the proprietors do not accept any liability for accidents and injuries incurred during the client’s occupation of the premises or property
  8. Pets. Please check our visiting pet requirements before booking
  9. This is a non smoking establishment (smoking permitted outside, please dispose of cigarette ends thoughtfully)
  10. The trampoline must be used in accordance with the manufacturers instructions, which are attached to the trampoline
  11. The farm buildings are out of bounds to guests and their children unless accompanied by ourselves
  12. A telephone booking will be held for up to 7 day pending a receipt of a deposit
  13. Full payment must be made at least 4 weeks before start of rental period
  14. Visitors are responsible for their own cancellation insurance arrangements
  15. The proprietors reserve the right to refuse acceptance or to terminate the visit of any person or pet whose conduct is detrimental to the comfort of other visitors or otherwise a nuisance
