Terms of Business

Visitors agree to leave the property in a clean and tidy condition; to report all breakages, losses and damage to the proprietors, and to pay for them on leaving.

Client’s baggage, vehicles and their contents are at owner’s risk at all times and the proprietors do not accept any liability for accidents and injuries incurred during the client’s occupation of the premises or property.

Pets must not be left unattended in the cottage, are not allowed in the bedrooms, and must be kept under control at all times. (see dogs)

This is a non smoking establishment (smoking permitted outside, please dispose of cigarette ends thoughtfully)

A telephone booking will be held for up to 7 day pending a receipt of a deposit

Full payment must be made at least 6 weeks before start of rental period.

Visitors are responsible for their own cancellation insurance arrangements

The proprietors reserve the right to refuse acceptance or to terminate the visit of any person or pet whose conduct is detrimental to the comfort of other visitors or otherwise a nuisance.
- No more than the maximum number of persons, as stated in the brochure, unless by prior written arrangement.
- Cancellation arrangements:- Please notify us as early as possible if you wish to cancel your booking. Deposits (less a £10 administration fee) will be refunded if booking is cancelled at least three months prior to the start of the holiday period. For cancellations made between three months to six weeks prior to the start of the rental period, deposits (less a £10 administration fee) will only be refunded if we secure a replacement booking. If cancellation occurs within the six week period before your holiday dates the full amount will only be refunded if another booking is secured, (less a £10 administration fee) and the difference in the rental price secured for the re-let, if less than your original booking.
