3. Clinkum   sleeps 10

This cottage sleeps 10, and is great for family groups. Although it does not have its own garden, it does have balconies front and back with stunning views over the lake and canal. There are several areas in our grounds where you can enjoy a picnic or barbeque. The yard is a wonderful area for children to play on scooters or trikes, etc. We also have swing balls that are very popular!

As you can see from the location marked in the photo above,the cottage is in the center of the building, so a little consideration towards your neighbours may be needed later on in the evenings.  We prefer to have family groups staying here and might refuse bookings from groups with more than 6 adults, so please don't be offended if we ask about the composition of your group.

Hopefully by summer 2010  we will have finished our last two properties, which will be inter-linked to accommodate 8-10. These willl be more sound insulated from the rest of the cottages, and will be suitable for larger parties of adults. If you think that this might be more suitable for your groups requirements, please do keep us in mind for a future time.

The accommodation comprises

Double room with en-suite, double room, twin room, two further rooms, each with bunk beds for 2.

Main bathroom with both bath and shower. Extra shower room.

Central main living area, with table to seat 10.

Well equipped kitchen.

General cottage facilities.
